I’m amazed by and extremely grateful for this movement to raise money for Doctors Without Borders. The fact that the initial goal was surpassed in such a brief time, and the amended goal accomplished in an equally brief time, is a testament to the strength and generosity and good spirit of this group working together. I know that the point of the movement was to work together to channel collective energies and emotions for a good cause at the end of this chapter, and I’m humbled and moved that it was done in my name.
